Lisa opened the Savannah office in November 2000. She relocated to her hometown of Savannah from Atlanta where she served as Director of Operations for Horizon Staffing. She is responsible for making sure that the clients and employees experience complete satisfaction with the services they receive from Horizon Staffing. And if they have not, then she will do whatever she can to fix it! Brooke has been with Horizon Staffing since January 2011. As Branch Manager, she is responsible for meeting with clients and understanding their needs, as well as recruiting, prescreening and interviewing the applicants before we place them on a work assignment. Her goal is to provide the best customer service to our client companies as well as our applicants and employees. Previously, she worked in the staffing industry on site at a large distribution center that utilized hundreds of temporary employees. She is very knowledgeable of warehouse settings and is able to assist in increasing productivity and motivating employees. She can also help streamline processes and set up new accounts. Brooke makes sure the job gets done and our clients stay satisfied with their employees. She is 100% committed to keeping clients happy. She stays until the job gets done — no matter what time it is!
Rachel is the liaison between the employee/candidate and the client company. She will take care of all your needs. She is responsible for recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing, hiring and doing background checks, reference checks and pre-employment drug screenings. She will also do on-site visits and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our services. She is also very knowledgeable of office operations and is able to find qualified candidates for any of your clerical and more professional positions. She is the person who handles all of our Internet job postings as well as our liaison with all of our recruiting sources. She continues to build relationships with these organizations in order to help us recruit the most qualified candidates for our open positions.
Moriah has been with Horizon Staffing since March of 2016. She started as a Staffing Assistant and promoted quickly to a Staffing Consultant. Moriah has over 11 years of proven customer service experience in retail, real estate, and construction. Since starting with Horizon, she has excelled in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring that our employees and clients have their needs met. She has proven to be a valuable addition to our team and an asset to those in the community seeking employment. Whether you have a large staffing need or a last minute emergency, Moriah will go the extra mile to get the job done.
Laura joined us in September of 2012 as our Account Manager. Laura brings enthusiasm and many years of sales and customer service experience. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. Laura is our first line of contact to the outside business community and is excited to present the benefits of our service; specifically, what makes Horizon unique in the staffing industry. Laura communicates with decision makers to learn about their companies, needs, and business challenges. This enables her to create the optimal solution for them. She develops strong relationships with our clients and always goes the extra mile!
