Holiday Pay Employees are paid a maximum of six holidays per calendar year. To qualify, employees must work 1600 hours prior to the holiday and must work the day before and the day after the holiday. Employees are not required to work requalifiying hours between holidays.Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Vacation Pay Horizon Pays our employees one week vacation after 1600 hours worked (overtime may be included).

Free Skill Training All employees wishing to brush up on typing skills or learn a word processing program are eligible to do so through our Free Training Program. Skill training is also available for special data entry projects (i.e. inventories, telephone sales, call center, airline ticket conversions, etc.).

Group Health/Medical Plan Horizon provides access to a comprehensive medical plan offering a wide variety of choices regarding deductibles, coverage, etc.

Referral Award Program Referral bonuses are given to Horizon employees and non-employees as well. Bonuses are paid after the referred employee works 80 hours.

Workers Compensation Workers Compensation is available immediately to employees working through Horizon.

Cash Bonuses Horizon offers various contests and promotions throughout the year to reward current employees for outstanding performance and referral of others.
